If something is wrong, tell us
The Hub is accountable for correcting material errors, unclear wording, broken sources and accessibility barriers in its public resources. We will explain changes that affect a legal, safety or practical recommendation.
Report a correction or concern
Please tell us the page link, the wording or link that concerns you, and a short explanation. You do not need to share your child’s name, school, diagnosis, case papers, medical records or personal history.
Email a correction or source issueA simple, visible process
- We acknowledge the report. Where it is safe and appropriate to reply, we aim to acknowledge it within two working days.
- We check the page and its main source. We may pause promotion of a resource while a potentially material issue is reviewed.
- We correct, clarify or explain. We will update a material error, explain why no change is being made, or refer the concern to the appropriate specialist route.
- We record significant changes. Changes that materially affect legal, safety or practical guidance will appear in the dated log below. Routine spelling, layout or link-maintenance changes may not be listed individually.
This route is not an emergency or casework service
The Hub cannot give individual legal, medical, therapeutic or advocacy advice through a correction report. If a child or adult is in immediate danger, contact emergency services. If you need individual SEND information or advice, contact your local SENDIASS or another appropriate specialist service. For a safeguarding or community concern connected with the Hub, email stephen@ebsaandsenhub.co.uk.
