Tell us what would help

You can ask about a Hub resource, request a new practical tool, share a comment, or tell us what would make the site easier to use. You can use plain language. You do not need to know the “right” SEND terms.

Choose the route that fits your question

Email is often easiest because you can write when you have capacity. If clicking a button does not work for you, copy this address into your email app: stephen@ebsaandsenhub.co.uk.

What would make life easier?

Tell us what is missing. A short description is enough: for example, “I need a simple way to ask school for a meeting.” You can also use the resource-request box on the Resources page.

Need help using something here?

Tell us the page or tool you are looking at and the part that is confusing. We may reply with general information, a clearer resource link or appropriate signposting.

Help us make the Hub better

Tell us if something is clear, unhelpful, hard to read, difficult to use on a phone, or missing an accessibility feature. Critical feedback is welcome.

Correction or safety concern

Seen something wrong or worrying?

Report a factual error, broken source, unclear instruction, privacy issue or safety concern through the Hub’s public correction process.

Before you email

Keep your message short and safe

  • You can write in your own words. A few sentences are enough.
  • Please include a page link if you are asking about a Hub resource.
  • Do not send passwords, full medical records, tribunal bundles, children’s full names, school names or sensitive documents unless a secure route has been agreed.
  • The Hub can provide general information and signposting. It cannot give individual legal, medical, therapeutic or case-specific advocacy advice by email.
  • If there is an immediate risk to a child or adult, contact emergency services. The Hub is not an emergency or crisis service.

What happens after you contact us?

We will read your message and use it to improve resources, answer a general question where we can, or point you to a more suitable route. A message does not create a client relationship, guarantee individual advice or mean that the Hub can take action on your behalf. If a correction could affect legal, safety or practical guidance, we will use the corrections process.
